the location was central! i was very close to everything i wanted to see. the staff seemed helpful with directions and general inquiries. my room was a superior double or twin room and it was fairly spacious.
the street noise at night was quite noticeable. i could hear people talking loudly until late. the breakfast was fairly simple. i would have liked more variety and the bathroom had a lot of condensation after showering. there wasn't enough ventilation.

i found the location amazing.. it is near the cathedral and other major sights. i enjoyed that i could easily walk to many activities. the staff offered great recommendations and were always helpful when i needed anything.
soundproofing could improve slightly. the street noise was noticeable at times, especially late at night

the location was superb for sightseeing i found it easy to walk to main attractions. the staff were very helpful suggesting local restaurants and transport options. the beverage facilities were great i especially enjoyed the coffee. i found the staff quickly addressed any concerns i raised .
i noticed some street noise at night since the hotel is in a lively area but it was manageable.

I think location is perfect. It is like 5 min walk to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar and 10 min walk to Las Setas. There is lots of restaurants around and I think the room was super clean.
My room was on the second floor and it faced a side street, and it was very, very loud. I sleep with earplugs and a white noise machine, but it was still really loud. I barely slept at all, it's the main reason to have a hotel room.
