a decent stay in the center
central location helpful staff spacious room street noise simple breakfast ventilation issue
the location was central! i was very close to everything i wanted to see. the staff seemed helpful with directions and general inquiries. my room was a superior double or twin room and it was fairly spacious.
the street noise at night was quite noticeable. i could hear people talking loudly until late. the breakfast was fairly simple. i would have liked more variety and the bathroom had a lot of condensation after showering. there wasn't enough ventilation.

great location helpful staff easy walk
i found the location amazing.. it is near the cathedral and other major sights. i enjoyed that i could easily walk to many activities. the staff offered great recommendations and were always helpful when i needed anything.
soundproofing could improve slightly. the street noise was noticeable at times, especially late at night

central location helpful staff great beverage quick support
the location was superb for sightseeing i found it easy to walk to main attractions. the staff were very helpful suggesting local restaurants and transport options. the beverage facilities were great i especially enjoyed the coffee. i found the staff quickly addressed any concerns i raised .
i noticed some street noise at night since the hotel is in a lively area but it was manageable.

perfect location super clean room side street loud room
I think location is perfect. It is like 5 min walk to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar and 10 min walk to Las Setas. There is lots of restaurants around and I think the room was super clean.
My room was on the second floor and it faced a side street, and it was very, very loud. I sleep with earplugs and a white noise machine, but it was still really loud. I barely slept at all, it's the main reason to have a hotel room.

the room featured a spacious bathroom it included rituals range products i appreciated the balcony windows in the room these were lovely in the evening the hotel is close to shopping areas i found plenty of cafes nearby
the shower's water temperature changed intermittently it became very hot
